As a Bowls Hall Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the indoor bowls centre is clean, safe, and comfortable for all users. Your primary responsibilities will include providing a quality and efficient food and drinks service, taking orders, and serving customers with excellent customer care skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality customer-focused service
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and pleasant environment in the bar/café, food preparation, and storage areas
  • Prepare food and drinks to a high standard
  • Take orders and serve customers promptly and politely
