About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Summer Programme Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our summer programme, ensuring a fun and safe environment for international students.

As a key member of our campus team, you will work closely with our Head Office, campus teams, Group Leaders, and cater teams to address any issues promptly. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in maintaining a smooth and enjoyable experience for our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, think critically, and work well under pressure. If you are a motivated and organised individual who is passionate about working with young people, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear communication with Head Office, campus teams, Group Leaders, and cater teams.
  • Oversee safeguarding measures, risk assessments, fire drills, and routine safety checks.
  • Collaborate with the campus team to ensure a fun and engaging experience for students.
