**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety professional to lead the implementation of our Health and Safety roadmap. This role is focused on driving safety initiatives across all markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Internal Focus: Dedicated to the organization, including all offices and commercial business activities.
  2. Roadmap Implementation: Translate work into actionable steps and implement the global roadmap for IMPROVE activities.
  3. Functional Expertise: Act as a functional expert, working daily with specific markets to deliver codified projects worldwide.
  4. Site-Level Execution: Implement projects at the site level.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive experience in Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment.
  • Safety Leadership: Proven experience in delivering similar office and commercial programs.
  • Systems and Procedures Implementation: Experience in implementing systems and procedures.
  • Health and Safety Qualification: An externally recognized qualification relevant to the role (e.g., NEBOSH).

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
