We are seeking experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our team of dedicated professionals working across several nurseries in Leicester City and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver engaging and interactive activities that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is provided.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant or nursery nurse qualification.
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in the UK.
  • An updated and clean DBS on the update service.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate children to learn and develop.
