Exciting Opportunity for a Propositions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Propositions Consultant to join our Financial Services Propositions team in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and managing our Investment proposition to meet the needs of our target customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to or lead projects that review existing propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives while managing customer conduct risks effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the wider range of propositions that support our Financial Services business as it develops the product and services it offers to customers.

About You

You will possess an analytical mind who puts the customer at the heart of your work with a background within Financial Services, ideally within a Propositions role or a role that involved working closely with the market offer available to consumers. You will have experience of investment products and funds, ideally also with experience of a range of other products such as pensions and protection plans. You possess an inquisitive mindset, always seeking to understand the deeper context behind the data/information in front of you.

  • Good data skills, with the ability to not only analyse information but also question its implications and drive actionable recommendations
  • A proactive purposeful attitude, taking initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems
  • Excellent organisational skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities to meet deadlines
