Support Role for Early Years and KS1 Pupils

School Support Role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed HLTA to provide support to our Early Years and Key Stage 1 students. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and students to achieve academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the educational and social development of students in Key Stage 1 and Early Years, especially those with SEN needs.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment through adaptable group work and effective communication.
- Providing cover for teachers, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and maintaining a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Flexible Working Arrangements
We welcome applications from HLTAs requiring flexible working arrangements, including part-time or shorter working days. The successful candidate will be open to supporting the school in various areas when needed.
Estimated Annual Salary: £29,000
