Experienced HLTA Required for EYFS and KS1 Support

About the Job
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated HLTA to support our Early Years and Key Stage 1 students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the educational development of students in Key Stage 1 and Early Years, focusing on those with SEN needs.
- Developing positive relationships with pupils through adaptable group work.
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, maintaining a supportive classroom environment.
Working Arrangements
The successful candidate will be required to work in a school-based setting, providing cover for teachers and supporting students in various subjects. This role offers flexibility in terms of working hours and is suitable for candidates looking for a part-time opportunity.
Salary Details
The estimated salary for this position is £31,500 per annum, which may be negotiable depending on experience.
