Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Team Leader to join our care team at Blair House Care Home. As a Senior Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Sunday, with shifts allocated on a rotational basis. You will be required to work a combination of 8am-8pm, 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm shifts.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and able to work as part of a team. You will be responsible for leading the care team, providing support and empowering them to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, choice and dignity.
About Blair House Care HomeBlair House Care Home is a registered Nursing Home located in a beautiful setting, close to the town centre with easy access to transport options. We have a total of 85 beds across 4 units, including Residential Dementia, Nursing Dementia, Frail and Elderly Nursing, and a newly opened Mental Health Unit.
Our team is well-experienced in their fields and provides high-quality care to all of our residents. We are committed to providing a positive and nurturing environment where both residents and team members can thrive.
Main Responsibilities- Build a positive and supportive rapport with residents, putting their rights, dignity and choice at the centre of all care delivery.
- Plan and implement individual programmes of care with the senior team.
- Work with the care team to meet the daily care needs of residents, providing a high standard of care.
- Oversee the Care Assistants, ensuring care is provided in a safe environment through participation in learning and development programmes.
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required by the designated manager.

- QCF Level 3 or above and/or equivalent in Health and Social care
- The Right to Work in the UK
- A good standard of written and oral English
- At least 2 years' experience working in a regulated care or support environment
