Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Software and Device Lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure software in the Windows EUS Build is in a supported state.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  1. Subject Matter Expert in Release and Deployment Management.
  2. Knowledge of Service Management Best Practice.
  3. Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  4. ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate.
  5. ITIL V3/4 Expert or ITIL4 Managing Professional or ITL4 Strategic Leader.

Location and Benefits

This role is based in Salisbury and requires on-site presence for 5 days a week. The client requires that you are eligible for Security Check (DV) clearance. The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000, plus bonus, pension, and private healthcare benefits.
