About the Role:
James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Partner to join our team. As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, working with other teams within the People function, and completing talent reviews with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development
- Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these
- Dealing with the succession planning for key roles and maintaining a focus on colleague engagement
- Supporting with upskilling of managers and managing employee relations cases
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
- Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
- To be confident working with data
