About the Role:

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Partner to join our team. As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, working with other teams within the People function, and completing talent reviews with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development
  • Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these
  • Dealing with the succession planning for key roles and maintaining a focus on colleague engagement
  • Supporting with upskilling of managers and managing employee relations cases

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
  • Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
  • To be confident working with data
