At MMA Digital, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Assessor to join our team. As an essential member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and risk management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of calls to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • Work closely with our existing Quality Assurance Assessor to manage workloads effectively and ensure timely monitoring of calls.
  • Support the creation of weekly and monthly reports for senior managers to outline patterns, risks, and trends.
  • Perform accurate call assessments and maintain a consistent, fair approach to scoring.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Compliance and contact centre team leaders to align assessments and ensure best practices.
  • Identify and advise on themes and trends through compliance spot checks.
  • Drive the implementation of ongoing enhancements to compliance procedures, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Monitor compliance across various communication channels, including outgoing emails, webchat, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Requirements
  • A background working in an FCA-regulated environment is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-driven and proactive approach to assessing calls.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide constructive feedback.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment within a growing business.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.
