Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process from vacancy request to onboarding, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage candidate records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ATS system.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up calls with applicants, providing exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Onboard new hires, manage contracts, and conduct pre-employment checks, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage departmental purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR or Recruitment Administration, with a strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with applicants, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
