We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Apcoa Parking. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate experience, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process from vacancy request to onboarding, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage candidate records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ATS system.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up calls with applicants, providing exceptional communication and customer service.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Onboard new hires, manage contracts, and conduct pre-employment checks, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage departmental purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR or Recruitment Administration, with a strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with applicants, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
