At Prize Placements, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely assessment of requests, customer financial analysis, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with assigned clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Evaluating requests and communicating approval or rejection in a clear and timely manner.
  • Ensuring the best possible customer experience and reseller satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
  • Supporting the sales team by providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Managing complaints and directing them to the relevant team for resolution.
  • Reviewing accuracy and completeness of all information and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and customers to collect missing information and documentation.
  • Entering relevant data into management IT systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Providing support with the contract process to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
