Job Title: Low-Carbon Community Hub Manager

Award-winning Awel Aman Tawe (AAT) is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming low-carbon community hub, Hwb y Gors. As Café Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sustainable food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and work with centre volunteers and Hwb officers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Liaise with community garden volunteers to utilize their fresh produce.
  • Manage café operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for customers and team members alike.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
