About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Innovation Research Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of innovation research studies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute research studies that inform innovation strategies and drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop research plans
  • Present research findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in innovation research

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in innovation research or a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
