Transport Division Manager

The salary for this position is estimated at £26,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
This is a permanent position with flexible hours to suit the needs of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the client's management team to understand their staffing needs and requirements. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and candidates, as well as collaborating with internal teams to optimise recruitment strategies and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the logistics or transport sector.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
