We're seeking a talented Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle during our peak trading period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets by providing expert product knowledge and recommendations
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience and achieving sales goals
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, and ensure all store standards are maintained
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries, and replenishing stock
  • Stay up-to-date on company information and store procedures
