Due to continued growth, they now have multiple opportunities for Strategic Procurement Manager's to come on board and lead high-profile sourcing projects in collaboration with a team of 30+ procurement professionals. In this role, you will oversee the procurement processes for various indirect services, including Human Resources, Corporate Services, Facilities Management, Marketing, Training, Retail Property, Insurance, and Consultancy. It will be your responsibility to drive innovation and idea generation across complex spend categories, fostering a best-in-class culture and approach to procurement. Acting as a business partner to internal stakeholders, you will identify needs, deliver strategic plans, and navigate seamlessly through a cross-functional environment. The role will be key in shaping contracting strategies and driving innovation to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple high-value sourcing projects within the professional services category, delivering significant commercial value.
- Lead the development of sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation.
