About the Role:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities and experiences for children aged 3 months-5 years, promoting their development and well-being. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment, and develop strong relationships with parents and carers.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement activities that encourage children's development and learning
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment
- Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or preschool setting
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
