Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR professional to join our supportive HR team. This role is a great opportunity to develop your employee relations knowledge across a range of different business operations, while managing a small HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and high-risk employee relations cases, providing expert advice that balances risk with business needs. You will also be responsible for managing a small team of HR advisors to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent support to our operational managers.

We have a HR team structure that is set up to support each other, bounce ideas off, and when the time is right, move up into more senior positions.
