About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR professional to join our supportive HR team as an HR Team Lead. This role is a great opportunity to develop your employee relations (ER) knowledge across a range of different business operations, while managing a small HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a case load of complex and high-risk ER cases up to ET, providing expert advice that balances risk with business needs.
  • Manage a small team of HR Advisors to be the best they can be.
  • Support our operational managers with HR administration, as well as our wider HR team with reporting and analysis of trends.

The Essential Requirements:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Strong proven experience of working within HR with a solid understanding of ER case management and ideally hold a CIPD qualification.
  • You need to be organised, know what to prioritise, and have good IT skills.
  • Experience of managing, coaching, and developing HR colleagues.
  • You need to be able to talk and actively listen to everyone.
