Job Summary: A leading primary school in Kensington and Chelsea seeks a motivated teacher to join their team and cover a year 5 class until the end of the academic year.

About the Role:
  • Lesson Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging KS2 lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring a productive learning environment through effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Classroom Teaching Assistant to design and implement lessons, participate in staff meetings to discuss ongoing initiatives, and utilise career development opportunities available.

Requirements:

  • Hold UK recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, and show a willingness to enhance the school's ethos and values.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and external agencies, be available full-time and long-term from September, and possess a valid QTS certification.
