Leak Detection Sales Executive

A talented and driven sales professional is needed to join our team at ADI Pro Leak Ltd, a leading leak detection company based in the UK, on a full-time basis.

Our ideal candidate will handle incoming sales inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and drive continuous sales growth.

This role offers excellent earning potential with an On Target Commission of up to £10,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to inbound sales calls and emails promptly and professionally
  2. Identify customer needs, recommend, and accurately explain suitable leak detection services
  3. Input customer and booking information into Salesforce and schedule leak-detection jobs
  4. Issue customer reports and invoices
  5. Process and record payments accurately
  6. General customer service and aftercare
  7. Other general ad-hoc support with daily operations
Required Skills:
  1. Ability to sell our services with confidence and conviction
  2. Prior sales experience or a natural flare for telesales and customer service
  3. Ability to comprehend and explain the technicalities of Leak Detection (training provided)
  4. Excellent telephone manner
  5. Responsive and considerate approach to customer service
  6. Driven and motivated
  7. Team player
  8. Close attention to detail and accuracy with regard to calendar management, reports, invoices and payments
  9. Excellent command of written and spoken English
  10. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous
