This leadership role oversees the management of a large dispensing hub, guiding a team of pharmacists, dispensary leads, and technicians. As a Responsible Pharmacist at HeliosX Group, you will drive our goal of providing unparalleled service quality and operational efficiency within our pharmacy.

• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the distribution of medicines.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to implement and maintain a secure, efficient dispensing process, performing regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all pharmaceutical-related matters within the warehouse.
• Offer expert advice on pharmaceutical products and services to both colleagues and customers.
• Develop and foster a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth within the team.
• Proactively identify potential risks within pharmacy operations and devise effective mitigation strategies.
• Exhibit thorough knowledge of UK pharmacy laws and regulations.

This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, accompanied by a flexible four-day workweek.
