Job Title: Client Services Representative

UniQ Studios is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate studio operations, including setup, maintenance, and teardown of equipment and facilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of photo shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and client coordination.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials, including print, web, and video content.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the creative or photography industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop.
