Job Title: Community Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Planner to join our team at CV Library. As a Community Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our rural communities through innovative and sustainable development projects.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies to promote rural development and diversification
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address community needs and priorities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform planning decisions and policy development
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other written materials to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with community groups, local authorities, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in planning and development
  • Strong passion for planning and community development
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
