Senior Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at CV Library. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our rural development projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join a multi-disciplinary business focused on rural development and diversification. You will be responsible for leading projects, managing teams, and developing strategies to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage and develop a team of planners, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success in rural development and diversification.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on planning and development matters.

Requirements:

  • Chartered member of the RTPI or working towards.
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in planning and development.
  • Genuine passion for planning and rural development.
  • Driven, ambitious, commercial, and great at building/maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrable evidence of strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrable evidence of strong analytical skills.
  • Evidence of good project management, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
