We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Business Development Manager to join our team as the Head of Revenue Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy. This will involve reviewing our current sales processes and identifying areas for improvement, as well as developing and executing plans to increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience of leading teams and driving revenue growth. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £75,000 plus performance-related bonus, as well as a range of benefits including private medical cover, life assurance cover, 25 days holiday, and enhanced pension scheme.
