Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a specialist Mental Health service for individuals who are deaf or have complex communication needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and overall well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, respecting each individual's unique needs and preferences.
A key aspect of this role is the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in British Sign Language (BSL), enabling you to communicate effectively with our residents who use BSL as their primary means of communication.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike. You will be committed to delivering high-quality care, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible experience within our service.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization. In addition to a comprehensive training program, you will also enjoy benefits such as 33 days annual leave, free meals, and access to a range of wellbeing activities.
