About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated External Account Manager to join our team in North and West Yorkshire.

As an External Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing sales of Asphalt, Aggregates, and value-added products, while promoting opportunities for our range of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Securing sales in line with budgeted expectations, focusing on volume and selling price.
  • Engaging with all areas of the business to deliver first-class customer service.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust customer base, aligning with business targets and aspirations.
  • Capturing and recording market knowledge to meet company requirements.
  • Providing accurate and timely monthly forecasts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven external sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Dedication, enthusiasm, and a self-motivated approach.
  • Resilience and a tenacious mindset.
  • Proven organization skills and time management ability.
  • Able to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK manual car driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
