Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

At JAN PRO, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with senior-level clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit and qualify sales appointments for Business Development Managers
  • Achieve personal monthly sales/contact targets
  • Proactively generate new leads and opportunities
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or administration in a sales department
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear and pleasant telephone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to take detailed and accurate notes and messages
  • Ability to document prospect and client information in an electronic database
