About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our teams who are proudly making Dr. Oetker and Chicago Town branded pizzas. As a Food Law Information Technologist, you'll be responsible for all aspects of product compliance, from concept to launch. You'll provide guidance and expertise on regulatory compliance for product labeling and claims, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and communicate effectively the impacts of any likely changes/developments to legislation in the UK and EU.
- Provide guidance and expertise on regulatory compliance for product labeling and claims.
- Prepare artwork information that ensures consumer trust and brand integrity.
- Support with the organisation and delivery of key strategic projects.

We're looking for a confident communicator with a personable and professional manner, who can interact and relate to all levels of colleagues and build strong trusted working relationships both internally and externally. You'll have a thorough understanding of current food legislation and emerging developments in this area, and be able to interpret and communicate effectively the impacts of any likely changes/developments to legislation in the UK and EU.
You'll be able to work within a fast-paced environment, and have an ability to work (and stay calm) under pressure to meet tight deadlines, while demonstrating an excellent eye for detail.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience within food legislation in a FMCG environment, with a background in specifications and artwork approval.
