Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cradle Care Manager to lead our childcare centre in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children aged 3-10 years. About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of Level 3 childcare qualification and previous experience in a senior position within a nursery or crèche. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all children attending the setting, leading the team in planning and delivering a programme of activities, and developing the setting. The Cradle Care Manager will also communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and parents in a professional manner.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of Level 3 childcare qualification
* Previous experience in a senior position within a nursery or crèche
* Strong customer service, hospitality, or wellness experience
* Track record of building and developing teams
* Experience working with children aged 3-10 years
* Strong verbal, written, and social communication skills with diverse audiences
* Ability to utilise Microsoft Office 365 and complete basic administrative tasks

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £29,201.50 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.
