Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store in Horsham. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies and plans to increase store sales and profitability, while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Staff Management: Manage staffing levels and schedules, ensure that team members are providing high-quality customer service, and train, mentor, and coach team members to promote skill development and growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and review store performance, provide routine reports to senior management, and ensure that store facilities and equipment are maintained and in good condition.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Retail Experience: Retail experience as a Store Manager or equivalent, with a proven track record of driving sales and performance.
- Leadership Skills: Confident leader and motivator, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
- Business Acumen: Business orientated, with the ability to help move a retail store forward.
- Customer Focus: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
