About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Executives at Vospers, our Plymouth Head Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer service standards, sourcing new and used vehicles, and running promotions and sales events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and profitability.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve their targets.
  • Sourcę new and used vehicles from acquisition to allocation.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales management within the motor industry.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • The ability to set and achieve targets, and audit results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
