About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Trainee Sales Executive.
- As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Manage and work in a full 360-degree sales process by completing outbound calls, acquiring and closing sales.
- Attend training sessions to develop your sales skills and knowledge.
- Report on sales figures and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Accurately record all customer details and update our CRM system.
- Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous office experience where you handled customer interactions is essential.
- Looking to secure a role in sales and have a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
