About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team as a General Manager Trainee. As a General Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality food and drink offerings that meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Strive towards and achieve business targets through effective management and leadership.
