Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at one of the largest automated distribution centres in the world.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading maintenance teams and driving proactive approaches to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity.
About the Role:
The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance function, ensuring that all equipment and systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in maintenance management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of achieving results through others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
