The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience leading and coordinating a team of engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve site availability and engineer utilisation
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Analyze data from our CMMS system to identify recurring faults and problems

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing maintenance teams in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Electrical or mechanical qualification

Salary: £65,000 per annum
