About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated distribution centre.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience leading and coordinating a team of engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve site availability and engineer utilisation
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Analyze data from our CMMS system to identify recurring faults and problems
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing maintenance teams in a production or manufacturing environment
- Electrical or mechanical qualification
Salary: £65,000 per annum
