About The Role

Enable is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Personal Assistants. These roles offer a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to adapt their communication style, work collaboratively as part of a team, and provide support to individuals through their personal plans to achieve their goals and outcomes.

We believe in developing all our staff and provide an extensive learning programme, including person-centred approaches, autism awareness, and moving and handling techniques. Our commitment to training and development ensures that our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

This role involves assisting individuals with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support, while also expanding their social networks and connections.

Salary: £12.00 per hour. This competitive rate reflects the rewarding nature of the role and the impact it can have on the lives of those supported.
