Job Description:

This exciting opportunity will see you take ownership of reward for the group, leading projects that redefine how they attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Reporting to senior HR leadership and managing a small team, you will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with the company's ambitious goals.

The ideal candidate will have solid compensation experience developed in a fast-paced, change-focused environment. You will be responsible for developing salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation policies. Experience utilising benchmarking tools, advanced excel skills, and comfort with manual processes are essential.

We are open to considering candidates for full-time or four-day roles, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week. This unique opportunity offers scope for development and growth within a recognised brand.
