The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for managing risk assessment and mitigation activities with our supply chain. Initially, your focus will be on data privacy requirements and obligations in our supply chain. More generally, you will develop into managing legislative compliance and best practices in our supplier agreements. You will design and lead processes that ensure excellence in our due diligence processes, maintaining current compliance and providing information to support our actions and decisions. You will be recognized as an expert within the organization in this area, supporting others throughout the procurement process.

This role will report to the Head of Vendor Risk & Assurance and will work closely with category leads and other key roles to explore, initiate, and embed sustainable, ethical, social value, and inclusivity improvements across all our activities. Central to our procurement strategy and your work will be sustainable development, decarbonization, and our values as an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and draft data privacy contractual clauses, including application of the SCCs (Standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
  • Manage supply chain/procurement risk in general, with knowledge of a number of areas.
  • Develop and maintain a strong compliance mindset and drive, operating in an international organization.
