Job Description

Carnival UK is seeking a skilled Revenue Analyst to join our P&O Cruises Revenue Management department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimising revenue delivery throughout the full selling cycle of a subset of cruises.

You will use your analytical expertise to devise pricing strategies for cruise ticket sales, from launch through to sailing. This will involve managing the rate of bookings through trend analysis, performance management, and inventory control.

  • Develop a regular revenue forecast, considering market behaviours and fare types, in collaboration with colleagues in international markets.
  • Take ownership of pricing strategy, working closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure alignment with market pricing principles.
  • Regularly review performance and update strategy throughout the selling cycle to maximise revenue delivery.

This role is positioned at a senior level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, including up to two days from home.

  • Proven analytical experience through education or previous employment.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, with understanding or use of Tableau/Power BI being an advantage.
