Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical bias and be time-served in the trade. The role requires a good understanding of complex electrical and engineering systems, including new boiler technology and controls, combined heat and power (CHP) plant, complex ventilation systems, chillers, and medical gas installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the training and education of apprentices and adult trainees, ensuring they gain the necessary training and experience to meet the needs of their training program.
  • Work with managers to identify and set up training programs.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems within our healthcare premises.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical bias, with the necessary qualifications and/or experience described in the attached Job Description. A good understanding of new boiler technology and controls, combined heat and power (CHP) plant, complex ventilation systems, chillers, and medical gas installations is desirable but not essential.
