About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Pump Service Technician to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Diesel Pump Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining diesel pumps used in sprinkler systems, travelling across the UK in a company-provided van.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and testing of fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel pump issues, using strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Work with clients across the UK on a wide variety of sites, from residential dwellings to industrial distribution centres.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with diesel engines, with a mechanic background accepted.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering would be advantageous.
