Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing engineers in a field-based environment
* Relevant industry experience, ideally in utilities, energy, electrical, renewables, or smart metering
* Strong networking and collaboration skills, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer experience
* Excellent people skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking
