Vulnerable Adults Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated Vulnerable Adults Support Worker to join our team in Inverness. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to live independently and achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in providing care and support, with a minimum of 6 months of UK care experience. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Your duties will include promoting independence, encouraging personal outcomes, and providing physical and emotional support. You will also participate in meaningful activities, accompany service users, and help them access leisure and social opportunities.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, with enhanced rates on weekends, and free registration for PVG and SSSC. Our quick recruitment process ensures that you can start working with us as soon as possible.
Based on the current market conditions in Inverness, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
