Job Title: Qualified Health and Social Care Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Qualified Health and Social Care Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to deliver engaging and informative health and social care lessons to students, develop lesson plans and curriculum that meet educational standards, and assess and evaluate student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality health and social care lessons to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum that meet educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and resources, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Health and Social Care or related field
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a school environment
  • Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments
  • Collaborative work with students, colleagues, and parents
