About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production, engineering, SHEQ, and transport departments for our production line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of site operations and service delivery to ensure high-quality results.
  • Lead business-wide structural changes aligned with our commercial strategy.
  • Establish and manage operational and production budgets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial operational leadership within the services industry, preferably in production or manufacturing.
  • Strong background in workforce and resource planning for complex programs or portfolios.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Highly numerate with a background in budget management.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to drive performance.
