Nursery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained, while also promoting a safe and stimulating environment for our children.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education, with a minimum of Level 3 qualification. They will also have experience in a managerial role, including nursery administration, and a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework. Additionally, they will have experience of taking a nursery through an OFSTED inspection and working with various outside agencies.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring our educator team, championing our company's values and encouraging a love of learning through high-quality teaching. You will also be responsible for managing staffing ratios effectively, developing the team to their full potential and ensuring all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences.

Requirements:
